Welcome to RealtyLegalPro, a service dedicated to providing expert legal support for real estate agents. By accessing or using our site hosted at realtylegalpro.vip, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

“Services” refers to personalized legal consultations or representation for real estate matters. “Infoproducts” refers to digital resources such as e-guides, templates, or recorded webinars. “Goods” refers to physical materials purchasable via our site.

3. Services

RealtyLegalPro delivers tailored legal assistance on contract drafting, compliance reviews, dispute resolution, and other real estate agency needs. Service engagements commence upon our written confirmation.

4. Infoproducts

Infoproducts are delivered electronically after purchase. Access is granted via download link or platform portal.

5. Goods

Physical goods are shipped from our offices. Delivery times vary by destination.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees for Services, Infoproducts, and Goods are outlined at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our secure provider. Title to any Goods passes to you upon shipment.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

If a Service engagement has not yet commenced, you may request a full refund of any prepaid fees. Once work has begun as confirmed in writing, fees are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of legal work. You may request to reschedule or transfer your Service appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to our availability.

7.2 Infoproducts

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the material. After access is granted, purchases of Infoproducts are final due to digital delivery.

7.3 Goods

If Goods arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund upon confirmation of the issue. Refunds for damaged Goods will be credited to the original payment method.

8. Service Transfer

Clients may request to transfer Services to another date or recipient by contacting our team at least 48 hours in advance. Any difference in fees will be invoiced or credited accordingly.

9. No Refund Cases

Certain bespoke analyses or court representations are non-refundable once initiated, as resources are reserved exclusively for your matter. We will inform you in writing before such services begin.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealtyLegalPro and its affiliates are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, Infoproducts, or Goods.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to Zurich courts.
